A light to medium amber colour, a subtle flavour and menthol undertone are unique characteristics to this blend of honey. Due to its menthol constituents, Eucalyptus honey is often used to relieve sore throats, coughing and fight off colds and flu. It’s also a great addition to tea, sauces, salad dressings and baking too!
A mono-floral raw honey harvested in the Western Cape and available all year round.
